How to make an easy exchange:

Ordered the wrong size?  No problem!  We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for exchange within 20 days from the date you receive your package.  All items purchased on clearance, during a promotional sale or with a promotional code are not eligible for return or exchange.

Just follow these easy steps to get your exchange processed. :)

2.  Please include:

     Your Original order number

     PLEASE DEFINE :

     Item(s) you wish to exchange

3.  Please re-order your exchanged merchandise on the ENINE.biz site.

     Please provide the new order number in your e-mail.  (We want to make certain you are not charged shipping for your exchange.)

 4.  We'll send a confirmation email including a shipping label and Return Authorization Label.

5.  Affix label to the outside of your package and include Return Authorization Label inside the return package.

6.  Mail return package using our pre-paid USPS label* (if applicable) or shipping method of your choice.

     (Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.)

3.  We’ll send a confirmation email including a Return Authorization Label.

4.  Include Return Authorization Label inside the return package.

5.  Mail return package using a shipping method of your choice.

We process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the original purchase.
